Description

Offeror Representations and Certfiications DAVIS BACON WAGE DETERMINATION SOLICITATION NOTICE WITH SF1442 AND SOW SOLICITATION INFORMATION This project consists of the restoration of the 5th Floor Historic Ceiling at James T. Foley U.S.C.H., 445 Broadway, Albany, New York, 12207. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, management, and supervision per Statement of Work dated January 10,2017 Estimated Project amount from $25,000 to $100,000 A site visit is scheduled for January 19, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at James T. Foley U.S.C.H. 445 Broadway, Albany NY. All interested contractors is encouraged to attend the site visit and provide accurate proposal. This is the only scheduled site visit for the project. All proposals must be in proper format which is written, detailed and itemized and on proper forms, proposals not in this format will not be accepted. Proposal are due on 01/25/2017 at 4:30 p.m. EST. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Participation by HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB and EDWOSB is strongly encouraged All contractors must be registered in SAM.gov
