- EE-133F-17-RQ-0132 PACKAGE The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Fisheries Service, 3500 Delwood Beach Road, Panama City, FL 32408 requires labor, equipment, and materials for maintenance work to repair a 36' research vessel per the attached Statement of Work. Potential offerors are encouraged to inspect the vessel to understand the expected work requirements. The vessel will be available for pre-quote inspection 17-20 January 2017, by appointment. Please contact John Brusher @ 850-234-6541 X238 to schedule visit. This is a 100% small business set-aside. This repair service is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Part 12 Commercial Items. NOAA requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. For additional information and to register, please access the following website: http://www.sam.gov. In order to register with SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet number. A Dun & Bradstreet number may be obtained free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on-line at https://www.dnb.com/product/update/requestoptions.html or by phone at (800)333-0505. The government now requires all contractors submit their Certification and Representation of SAM. The SAM website is the single source for vendor data for the Federal Government.
