- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Relx, Inc. (LexisNexis) for proprietary litigation manuals, legal material, and publications that will be used by the IRS Chief Counsel Offices throughout the U.S. The anticipated date of contract award will be January 17, 2017. This NOTICE is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and no solicitation will be publicized. However, if you have the capability to fulfill this requirement, you may submit such capabilities in writing to the IRS primary Point of Contact. Written response to this NOTICE must be provided to this office electronically no later than January 12, 2017 by 3:00 PM, Eastern Time.
