- Revised Price Schedule Amend 0001 Purpose Statement: 1. A corrected price schedule is being added to the solicitation. 2. Substitute the attached Page 5 of 49 for the same numbered page in the original posting. 3. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full effect. Period of Performance: 02/13/2017 to 07/13/2017 Award of a contract, from this solicitation, will be based on a total contract price. However, the funding for this project is coming from two separate sources. For the purpose of this proposal, place 90 percent of the total price on Line Item 10 and 10 percent of the total price on Line Item 20. The price schedule, from Section B of the document, should reflect the complete contract price and is not to be broken down by the above percentages.
