- US Army Health Contracting Activity, Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic intends to issue a solicitation for three Family Practice Physicians for Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY. The contract will be a firm fixed price, personal services type contract. Services will be required beginning on 01 April 2017 for a base period of 6 months with four one year option periods. This acquisition will be set aside for Small Business, NAICS Code 621111, Size Standard $11.0M. All responsible sources may submit an offer. Release of the solicitation is scheduled on or about 13 January 2017. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted to FedBizOpps (https://www.fbo.gov). It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. Inquiries about the solicitation will not be responded to until the solicitation has been released. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) internet site, www.sam.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
