- Request for Proposal Deployment Checklists Past Performance Questionaire Pricing Workbook DD254 Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan Performance Work Statement This is a Request for Proposal for NOTM (Networking-On-The-Move), FSRs (Field Service Representatives). This RFP released was previously announced under RFI M67854-16-I-2624. FSRs are required to support the NOTM Program and shall possess both experience and in-depth knowledge. The Contractor shall be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and preparing prospective FSRs for duties. The Contractor and perspective FSRs shall possess both experience and in-depth knowledge of SATCOM-based, on-the-move command/control systems utilizing multiple external network enclaves and secure wireless LAN venues. In addition, the Contractor shall support the NOTM engineering and logistics Integrated Product Teams (IPT) by deploying and providing fielding support, post-fielding support, and unit training for all NOTM assets.
