Description

The Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS) is soliciting offers for Collection and Disposal of Recycled Materials at the Fort Wayne 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 and Marion Indiana 1700 East 38th Street, IN 46953. The contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, processing, equipment, supplies, packaging, labor/personnel, manifests, reports, and transportation services for the collection and disposal of Recycled Materials. The contractor shall comply with state and local requirements, including obtaining all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals. This shall include transport vehicles, marking requirements for containers, and manifest requirements. Solicitation will be released on or before January 11, 2017.   The government is not responsible to make available paper copies.   Questions must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist at toni.walker@va.gov. No individual notification of amendments will be provided.   Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document.     The NAICS code for this requirement is 562111.   The size standard is $38.5 million.
