- Description: The North Florida/South Georgia (NF/SG) Veterans Healthcare System, Malcolm Randall VA Medical Center, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608 intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis. NF/SG has a requirement to provide an annual technical support, maintenance, and annual subscription contract for the Govsphere VITAL Telehealth Platform to support (30) VITAL + Jintronix tablets. Govsphere is the creator, developer, and owner of the VITAL Telehealth Platform. Scope of Work Provide annual maintenance, security patches and software updates for the VITAL + Jintronix Tele-rehabilitation platform. Technical support for VITAL Tele-health platform. Deliverables A single-user perpetual software license to access VITAL Screen Connect platform for remote mobile device management and administration Five accounts to access the VITAL Tele-health Platform hosted video services. Quarterly on-site meetings with VA ORH/VRHRC-Togus representatives to assess equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Single user access to Jintronix Rehabilitation platform for a year Annual subscription to VITAL 4G LTE data plan for VITAL premium tablets Qualifications/Certifications Govsphere is the creator, developer, and owner of the brand-name VITAL Telehealth Platform. Govsphere s VITAL Telehealth platform is a proprietary communications platform used for Video Telehealth, Care Coordination, Remote Patient Monitoring, and Home Telehealth. As the creator and developer of the VITAL Telehealth platform, only Govsphere can install, maintain, and support the brand-name VITAL Telehealth platform. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 511210. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement will be solely up to the government.
