- The purpose of this amendment is to modify the RFP, extend the response date and post the Questions and Answers document. Per Section L Para 5.2, each offeror is requested to submit the Past Performance Volume Information as outlined in para 5.4.4.1 Table. With the proposal extension, the Past Performance Volume will be due 14 days prior to 1 February17.
