- Mount Rainier National Park is seeking quotes for the supply and delivery of one remanufactured Detroit Diesel S60 engine. All parts utilized shall be Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) of the existing unit S/N 06R0215692. The components that require replacement shall include: one (1) remanufactured cylinder head assembly; six (6) cylinder heads; replace six (6) connecting rods; replace all lower end bearings; oil pump; water pump; the cam shaft; rocker arm assemblies; bull gear; six (6) fuel injectors; the injector harness; the engine sensor harness; the engine sensors; the turbo assembly; the vibration damper; fuel pump; and oil regulator/relief and Jake Brake. Quotes shall include shipping FOB: Destination to Longmire, WA 98397. Federal Tax Exemption #53-0197091 applies to all taxes. Line items: Item #Type 010 Remanufactured S60 Detroit Diesel OEM engine and core w/ Jake Brake. Quote to include Shipping FOB: Destination Longmire, WA 98397) 1 EA$______________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number P17PS00360 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ); the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-93-1 effective January 1, 2017. This requirement is open to any and all small business; the applicable NAICS Code is 333618 with a size standard of 1,500 employees within the past three years. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed-price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the most responsive and responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and are determined to be most advantageous to the Government. The provision at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. The clauses at FAR 52.212-4, contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, to include the following clauses sited and incorporated by reference: FAR 52.203-6, 52.204-10, 52-211-6, 52.219-6, 52.219-13, 52.219-28, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-36, 52.222-50, 52.223-18, 52.225-1 Alternate I, 52.225-13, 52.232-33 and 52.232-39.
