Description

TL-Hex Extremity Fixation Implants Special Notice to Award TL-Hex Extremity Fixation Implants. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award under solicitation W81K02-17-T-0103 to Orthofix, Inc in the amount of $40,00.00 for TL-Hex Extremity Fixation Implants for the Department of Anesthesia and Operative Services (DOAS) at Madigan Army (MAMC) Medical Center, Tacoma, WA 98433. The implants will be used in part for a patient surgical procedure as pre-determined by the Surgeon and the Surgical Team. These Implants must be FDA Approved. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
