- Acquistion is for NSN 4320-01-130-5624, Hydraulic Ram Pump, being brought in accordance with part number HP437300-1, approved source Tactair Fluid Controls (70236). The total quantity required is 20 units, delivery of 450 days. The response date referenced is estimated. Issue date is on or around 1/30/2017, with the response date on or around 3/1/2017. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web approximately 15 days after this notice is published (solicitation should be posted on or around 1/30/2017). The DSCC Website address (URL) is https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/REP/. Hard copies of the solicitation and any applicable drawings (if available) can be downloaded at this website. Purchase request number: 0065637448. Specification, plans, or drawings are not available. This acquistion is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with teh only approved source(s) under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). The solicitation will be posted on or around 1/30/2017 via aour website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/REP/. Total quantity of the PR is for 20 units, with all 20 units being shipped to Susquehanna, PA. FEDERAL MILITAY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12,,Acquisition of Commercial items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and services. However interested person may identyify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
