- ARC FLASH STUDY A000004: The purpose of this amendment is to schedule a date and time for a site visit. A site visit will be held for any interested contractors on 01/17/2016 at 10:00 am AZ Time. Attendance to the site visit is highly recommended but not considered mandatory. Please RSVP by 01/13/2016 at Noon. To RSVP please e-mail the contract specialist joshua.irwin@bia.gov and CC the COR harlan.herder@bia.gov. A000003: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date. The due date is hereby extended to 01/24/2017. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. A000002: The purpose of this amendment is to modify the language in section 6 "Work Requirements" of the statement of work. Paragraph 6, Work Requirements, will be changed to read: "The Contractor shall have at least minimum of five (5) years demonstrable experience in preforming, developing and implementing a NFPA compliant Arc Flash Risk Management Assessment, supportable by sample FPA compliant Arc Flash Risk Management Assessment and/or client names with contact persons upon request. Preference will be given to those contractors that can demonstrate experience with hydroelectric power plants, dams, and/or electric utilities. Each member of the Contractor's team performing the assessment development, and implementation must be intimately familiar with the operation of a hydroelectric power plant, dam and electric utility." A000001: The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the NAICS code and Small Business Size Standard utilized. Section B of the solicitation incorrectly listed the NAICS Code as 562111 with a size standard of $38M. The NAICS code is hereby changed in section B to read 541330 with a $15.0M size standard. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
