- The following questions were asked by an interested party. Question #1- Can you confirm the NAL Research part number for the specific Shout Nano device you would like to purchase in this solicitation? Q #1 answer: I don't have the specific part number, but it's the model in this link: http://www.nalresearch.com/IridiumHardware.html Question #2- Will this contract require service for the units, and if so is there an estimated usage per device? Q #2 answer: We will be getting service through DISA, so we don't need that to be part of this contract. I also received clarification about the no. of trackers we will need. It is 48 one of the units already has 2 units that they included in their total when they provided their request.
