- Solicitation W911SA-17-Q-0028 will be issued on or about 23-January-2017 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. This requirement is for Custodial Services at USARC Facility IA032 in Sioux City, IA. The performance period is 19-March-2017 (or subsequent date) to 18-March-2018 with four (4) one year option periods. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. If a Site Visit will be held, the information will be posted with the Solicitation.
