- Page 1 of 1 DESCRIPTION: The North Florida South Georgia (NF/SG) Veterans Healthcare System, Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608 intends to negotiate on a sole source basis. The procurement source is ProVation Medical Inc., 800 Washington Ave N, Ste. 400, Minneapolis, MN, 55401-1330. NF/SG has a requirement for maintenance services on the ProVation software on the GI/Pulmonary equipment throughout NF/SG VHS. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) due to proprietary rights of the ProVation Software. TERMS: Performance of the contract is one (1) year base period plus four one (1) year option periods. DATA: Maintenance provides telephone support and/or remote access support for the software and versions, revisions, updates or upgrades to the software All software support will be included in the service agreement. This support can be provided via the phone 24/7. Provides site with 4 (quarterly) updates per year, which include routine maintenance items, coding updates, content updates Product enhancements twice a year THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 541519. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature to the Contracting Officer no later than January 23, 2016 at 4:00 pm EST. Responses should be sent to shirley.courtney@va.gov. Responses received will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award.
