- The USPFO New Jersey National Guard, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, is conducting market research to identify qualified sources interested in providing the following: Use of a vehicle marshaling area located at the Keystone Industrial Port Complex, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. The marshaling area should be open, flat and no less than 10 acres in size capable of accepting approximately 900-1000 pieces of equipment and possess controlled or semi-controlled access. The marshaling area should be located directly adjacent to CONRAIL with no less than 2000 feet of straight track with the ability to emplace a temporary ramp to facilitate vehicle loading and unloading. Dates of use: To start on or about 23 APR 2017 and continue for no longer than 14 days. Use of yard will resume 8 JUN 2017 and continue for no longer than 60 days. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 531190. This is not a request for quote (RFQ). However, companies that can provide an equal product may submit their technical capabilities to include complete and detailed technical specifications of their services, past performance information, price, and capability within (10) calendar days of this announcement. All information submitted will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail only; no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described request is based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government. All potential vendors must have active registration in the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov.
