- Description
- The US Embassy in Prague, the Czech Republic, Europe, requires the Contractor to supply paper meal vouchers for the Locally Employed Staff, as per the US Embassy in Prague's compensation plan and local labor law. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant will be firm fixed price type of contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/ proposals. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: http://www.statebuy.state.gov/pd/Pages/AdditionalVendorReg.aspx This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
