- The following questions have been submitted to and answered by the Government. 1. The specs call for Woodford Model S3-2 Yard Hydrants, but do not indicate the length. What is the bury depth? Answer - the model number S3-2 specifies the bury depth required. 2. It calls out AO Smith water heaters, can a equal/alternate manufacture like Bradford White be used? Answer - Amendment 0001 has been issued which describes the Brand Name Requirement for this procurement. 3. What are the Liquidated Damages to be assessed at? Answer - No liquidated damages apply to this procurement. 4. What type of materials are in use for the underground pipes? Answer - We have different types and sizes of pipe including copper, PVC and polyethylene. 5. Can an alternative site visit be set up if I am unable to attend the scheduled visit? Answer - Not at this time. Due to scheduling, one site visit was established for any and all interested parties.
