- Question and Answers Merit Promotion Execution - 2017 See RFP and Appendix 1. Do NOT change the format of Appendix 1. AMENDMENT #1: The USMS changed the date of the exam due to Easter Weekend. The vendor has the option of using the below dates: Saturday, 22 April 2017 and Saturday, 29 April. OR Saturday, 29 April 2017 and Saturday, 6 May 2017. The date combination of Saturday 22 April and Saturday, 6 May 2017 is not ACCEPTABLE! Exetend the RFP due date to 25 January 2017
