- N00164-15-D-WM77 P00002 - Sole Source - Intellipower Inc -ASSEMBLY SPARES, USED IN THE AN/ SLQ-32 (V) 6 SYSTEM - FSC 5865 - NAICS 335999 Anticipated Issue Date: 04 APR 2017 - Anticipated Closing Date: 25 MAY 2017 - Time 2:00 PM EDT THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER N00164-15-D-WM77. The Navy has a requirement for the repair of 3 Kilovolt-amp Power Management System P/N 77A126539P1 D/N 03538-77A126539, 4U Power Management Chassis P/N 77A126543P2 D/N 03538-77A126543, 3U Power Management Chassis P/N 77A126543P3, D/N 03538-77A126543. The FOB point shall be FOB destination: NSWC Crane. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. Delivery terms will be addressed per delivery order. Data deliverables are in accordance with Contract Data Requirements Lists, DD 1423's. The drawing package associated with this requirement is available upon request. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division intends to modify existing sole source contract N00164-15-D-WM77, a five year, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Intellipower, Inc. 1746 N. Saint Thomas Circle, Orange, CA 92865-4247, to satisfy the repair requirements. The anticipated contract modification will decrease the contract maximum to $749,900. This action was awarded in accordance the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements". Request for proposal will not be made available through http://www.fbo.gov. The request for proposal will be provided to Intellipower, Inc. through electronic mail. The proposed noncompetitive contract action is anticipated to be awarded under FAR part 15, contracting by negotiation. The anticipated contract action award date is 15 SEPT 2017. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received in response to this synopsis will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
