FedBizOps Posting -Presolicitation Solicitation Number: Agency: Department of the Army Office: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Location: U.S. Army Engineer District Mobile Category X (Lease or rental of facilities), NAISC Code 531 The Department of the Army seeks to lease approximately 35,000 to 48,000 rentable square feet of contiguous free standing office and flex related space in Orlando, Florida REQUIREMENT: The Department of the Army seeks to lease approximately 35,000 to 48,000 rentable square feet of contiguous office (25,000 SF) and related flex space in the area of Orlando, Florida. Secured parking of approximately 8,890 square yards is required for private and government vehicles. The building must meet current force protection setback requirements, and must have a buffer of at least 148 feet from any perimeter road and nearby buildings. Requested space must be fully serviced and in a building that can be customized to meet the Government's needs and security requirements. The building must meet Federal Government standards for fire safety, and must be ADA compliant and be located outside a 100 year floodplain. The intended use is for an Army Reserve training center. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout and be ready for immediate occupancy. DELINEATED AREA: Space must be located within 25 mile radius of 9500 Armed Forces Reserve Drive, Orlando, Florida, outlined as follows: North boundary - Hwy 434 (Altamonte Springs), West boundary - Hwy 429, South boundary - Hwy 192 Kissimmee, East boundary - Hwy 417. LEASE TERM: The lease term is one (1) year firm term, with four (4) option years. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: If you desire to submit a location for consideration, please forward information in writing, or by email, by 5:00 PM CST, January 16, 2017. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, legal description, 1/8 inch scale drawing of space offered or site plan, rentable square feet offered and rentable rate per square foot (specifying services and utilities included), and contact information for owner or authorized agent. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building ownership.
