- LIST OF PROPERTY FOR SALE PICTURE-FRONT VIEW PICTURE-ELECTRICAL PLUG PICTURE-SIDE VIEW TERMS & CONDITIONS Notice Information You are invited to submit a bid on the property listed on Sale 0027-S3605A (see attached). Lockheed Martin-Lexington, KY will conduct an Informal Bid Sale to dispose of this property, under the direction of the Defense Contract Management Agency and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1. The property is offered as ONE LOT therefore your bid should reflect consideration for all items within that lot and is offered "as is - where is." ALL DATA STORAGE DEVICES/HARD DRIVES WILL BE DESTROYED OR OVERWRITTEN PRIOR TO SALE. Bids will be accepted during the following: Bid Period: 15 January 2017 - 30 January 2017, 4 p.m. EST. You are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to bid submission. An appointment must be scheduled with Cathy Hatfield(see contact info below). The property is stored at the following location: LOCKHEED MARTIN 5749 BRIAR HILL RD. LEXINGTON, KY 40516 The Sale will be in accordance with the mandatory Terms and Conditions of Sale (attached). Standard Form 114C clause 24 prescribed by GSA FPMR (41CFR) 101-45-3 applies. Removal and transportation of property will be at the purchaser's expense and must take place within ten business days of award. No property shall be left behind. The full purchase price shall be paid by certified bank check made out to "Treasury of the United States".
