- Description
- The Library of Congress (Library) intends to modify contract, LCOIG16C0009, with Kearney and Company P.C (Kearney) to include Labor Hour orders. The modification will allow the issuance of Firm-Fixed Price and Labor Hour orders under Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract LCOIG16C0009 that was awarded on a competitive basis on April 11, 2016. Contract LCOIG16C0009 is for the provision of legislative wide audit services, this modification will not change the scope of the contract. This is a notice of intent and not considered a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a Request for Quotations (RFQ), however, any firm/company wanting to make an assertion may send a response via email to Moji Adejuwon at moad@loc.gov with a copy to Andrew Sullivan at ansu@loc.gov by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on January 25, 2017. A determination not to re-compete this contract, based on responses, is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation is available and telephone requests will not be honored.
