Description

CDRL RFQ NSWC, IHEODTD intends to award a SOLE SOURCE to: UTC Aerospace Systems This acquisition is a SOLE SOURCE requirement with Universal Propulsion Company Inc, 3530 Branscombe Road, Fairfield, CA 94533 for OA Testing of the V-22 Canopy Severance Assembly and V-22 Hatch Severance Assembly (DODIC WB34-39). Offeror is ineligible for award unless registered in SAM www.sam.gov with completed and up to date representations and certifications for NAICS Code: 541380, FSC Code: H213 and Size Standard: $15 Million. Offers must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. EST on 9 February 2017. Please provide all responses and direct all questions to Jodi Fields, Fax (301) 744-6632 or jodi.fields@navy.mil. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. Negotiation being conducted using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil.
