Estimated quantity is 1,325 each. 1001 Cadet Unisex Bathrobes IAW USAFA PD 1500, dated 4 April 2016. Estimated quantity is 1,325 each. 2001 Cadet Unisex Bathrobes IAW USAFA PD 1500, dated 4 April 2016. Estimated quantity is 1,325 each. 3001 Cadet Unisex Bathrobes IAW USAFA PD 1500, dated 4 April 2016. Estimated quantity is 1,325 each. Quantities are estimated. Required quantities will be provided by issuance of delivery orders. This will be a single award, firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base year plus three option years. Minimum Order Limit: The resulting contract awarded from issuance of this solicitation and evaluation of the offers assigns a minimum guarantee of 1 Bathrobe for the life of the contract. Maximum Order Limit: The maximum ordering limit is 5,300 Bathrobes for the life of the contract. The base year performance is date of award through 30 September 2017 to include three one-year options. The Buy American Act (DFARS 252.225-7001) and Berry Amendment (DFARs 252.225-7012) both apply to this acquisition. Delivery FOB destination to USAF Academy CO 80840. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 315210 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This acquisition is 100% small business set aside. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 21 December 2016 on the Federal Business opportunities (FBO) web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Due date for receipt of proposal will be indicated in the solicitation document when it is released. Past Performance 5352.201-9101 OMBUDSMAN (JUN 2016) (a) An ombudsman has been appointed to hear and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition. When requested, the ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The existence of the ombudsman does not affect the authority of the program manager, contracting officer, or source selection official. Further, the ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals, the source selection process, or the adjudication of protests or formal contract disputes.
