- Performance Work Statement for Special Purpose Facility (SPF) Visual Information Support and Related Services, The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center (MICCC) - Fort Knox has a requirement from the Fort Knox Public Affairs Office, Fort Knox, Kentucky for to provide all necessary management, staffing, trained labor, supervision of its personnel, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, facilities, travel, and transportation to perform the full range of Special Purpose Facility (SPF) Visual Information Support -related services, except for those items specified within the performance work statement (PWS) as government furnished property/equipment (GFP/GFE). The contractor shall produce items and perform services such as, banners; graphics; photographic requirements; large and multi-dimensional exhibits (mobile and fixed to include a tractor-trailer fleet); multimedia presentations; plaques, incentive, and presentation items; and branding and marketing tasks. Services shall include a phase-in period between 1 thru 8 May 2017. The base period shall be 9 May 2017 through 8 May 2018 with two one-year options. The government anticipates single award for a firm fixed price contract. This acquisition will be conducted using the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection best value approach. The acquisition will be solicited as 100% percent 8(a) competitive set aside. NAICS is 541430. Size standard: $7.5M. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. The solicitation (SF 1449) will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation may be downloaded from this website. Solicitation will be issued on or about 24 January 2017 with proposals due on or about 16 February 2017, 2:00 p.m. Fort Knox, KY, (Eastern) local time. A site visit will be held approximately one week after the solicitation has posted to FedBizOpps. Site visit information (date, time and location) will be provided within the solicitation. Please note these dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to this website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. All offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), (https://www.sam.gov) for ORCA data. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. Solicitation must be downloaded at the above listed website. Offerors shall deliver in person or mail completed proposal packages to: MICCC - Fort Knox, Attn: CCMI-CKX-KX, Bldg 1109B, Ste 373, 199 6th Ave, Fort Knox, KY 40121-5720. Fax or late proposals WILL NOT be accepted. All offers shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt (see Block 8 on the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment).
