- INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE ARGUS INFORMATION AND ADVISORY SERVICE - SS-CFPB-17-019 The Fiscal Service (FS), on behalf of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) intends to make award to Argus Information and Advisory Service, 50 Main St. STE 1175, White Plains, NY 10606-1920 on a sole source basis to acquire Credit Card Data Collection Services. Argus Information and Advisory Service, 50 Main St. STE 1175, White Plains, NY 10606-1920 was awarded a Contract CFP-12-C-00001 on 03/15/2012 to provide Credit Card Data Collection Services. This award was for a base period of 12 months and an additional four (4) optional periods of performance of 12 months each. CFPB has a continued need for Credit Card Data Collection Services. Specifically, the contractor shall provide monthly updates of loan level data from the Federal Reserve Board's Y-14M collection in order to continue the CFPB's Credit Card Database. Additionally, the contractor shall maintain an online multi-dimensional data cube based on aggregated loan-level data from the Y-14M collection based on dimensions and measures that are determined by CFPB staff. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered an affirmative response to this Special Notice. Telephone responses or inquiries to this Special Notice will NOT be accepted. FS will consider written responses received no later than 1000 (10:00am ET) 18 January, 2017. Responses must be submitted electronically to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov Attn: D.Holbert / CGropp. Responses must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows the vendor is capable of providing the requested services. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates an ability to meet all requirements, is more advantageous to the Government, and is received by the aforementioned deadline, FS shall make award on a sole source basis to Argus Information and Advisory Service. Qualified contractors must provide the following: 1. The name and location of your company, contact information, and identify your business size (Large Business, Small Business, Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, HubZone, etc.). Please ensure contact information includes the name of the point of contact, email address, and telephone number should the Government have questions regarding individual responses. 2. A narrative description of how your services meet all of the characteristics of the services provided by Argus Information and Advisory Service. 3. Whether your services are available through a Government contract vehicle or Open Market. 4 A brief capabilities statement (not to exceed 5 pages) that includes a description of your company's standard line of business, as well as a list of customers your company currently provides these services to. 5. DUNS Number. The following file extensions are not allowable and application materials/data submitted with these extensions cannot be considered:.bat,.cmd,.com,.exe,.pif,.rar,.scr,.vbs,.hta,.cpl, and.zip files. Microsoft Office compatible documents are acceptable. No other information regarding this Special Notice will be provided at this time. This notice does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. All firms responding to this notice are advised that their response is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to any resultant solicitation separately from their response to this notice.
