ATTACHMENT 01 STATEMENT OF WORK FOR METAL POWDER, TUNGSTEN (FOR USE IN ORDNANCE) SOLICITATION PROPER ATTACHMENT 03 ADDENDUM ATTACHMENT 02 FAR 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS -- COMMERCIAL ITEMS ATTACHMENT 04 NOTICES FOR LINE ITEM 0001 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation Number is W52P1J-17-T-3000. There are four (4) RFQ attachments: Attachment 01 - Statement of Work (SOW) for Metal Powder, Tungsten (for Use in Ordnance) dated 29 NOV 2016 Attachment 02 - FAR Clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. Offerors must complete and submit a copy with their response to this solicitation. Attachment 03 - Addendum to FAR Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (MAY 2015) Attachment 04: Notices for Line Item 0001 3. This is a full & open / unrestricted solicitation and not a set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 331492. The related Small Business Size Standard is 750 Employees. 4. LINE ITEM NUMBER 0001: 90,000 Pounds of Tungsten Powder for Use with Ordnance. Powder must be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) for Metal Powder, Tungsten (for Use in Ordnance) dated 29 NOV 2016. The SOW is Attachment 01 to this solicitation. The requirement is a stand-alone and no contract options are included. 5. Proposals/ bids/ quotes WILL NOT be accepted for this solicitation through the FBO web site. All vendors must submit via e-mail and all e-mail attachments must be in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. 6. Quotations received after the solicitation closing date and time shall be considered LATE and WILL NOT be considered for award. 7.
