Justification and Approval for sole source award to NicheVision, LLC. Justification and Approval of Sole Source Award to NicheVision Forensic, LLC is a wholly owned of NicheVision, Inc. NVF is the only company authorized to provide support and maintenance with regards sto DNAXpress software. DNAXpress software is the only software that is compatible with the NicheVision equipment currently being utilized by the US Army Criminal Investigation Laboratory and the Forensic Expeditionary Division for DNA sample management.
