Description

This is a notice of the government's intent to issue a competitive Open Market solicitation for Blood and Blood Products on RFP VA263-17-R-0253. The Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO23), St. Cloud MN intends to procure Blood and Blood Products for the Omaha VA Healthcare System. The North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code is 621991 with a Size Standard of 750 employees; the PSC is Q999. This requirement will be issued as a Requirements acquisition, All interested SDVOSB sources must go to the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov and obtain an electronic copy of the solicitation. Offerors are responsible to ensure their proposal package is received by the exact time and date at the specified location for receipt of proposals. In addition, offerors are responsible for continuing to monitor the websites for any/all future Amendments issued, if any. Offerors shall sign copies of any amendment issued and submit with their package. Prospective bidders must maintain an active registration in sam.gov to be considered for government contracts. This is a Requirements contract with full and open competition. The solicitation will also be posted to fbo.gov with an anticipated posting date of 99 days from this presolicitation notice.
