Description
The U.S. Government is seeking sources who are able to supply Soldier Dismounted High Frequency Handheld and Manpack Radios, Ruggedized Laptop with Wireless Messaging Terminal for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Country of Tonga. Sources must deliver the following: Quantity: Nine (9): Soldier Dismounted 20 Watt High Frequency Manpack Radios with all accessories (Li-Ion battery, Headset, Battery Charger, HF Portable Antenna (3 - 30 MHz), Field Pack, Remote Keyboard Display Unit). STANAG 4538 FLSU, 4285, 4415, and 4539 WBFSK waveforms. Quantity: Fifteen (15): Soldier Dismounted 10 Watt Multiband Handheld Radios with all accessories (Li-Ion battery, Headset, Battery Charger, RF Antenna (30 - 512 MHz), Field Pack, Remote Keyboard Display Unit). Quantity: Two (2): Ruggedized Laptops loaded with a wireless gateway software package that will enable delivery of emails and files across HF/VHF radio, LANs, satellite. STANAG 5066 and 4538 interoperable. The contractor must be able to support all technical, installation, operational, safety, interoperability, security testing and training requirements. The contractor must be able to provide all support in CONUS and OCONUS locations. The contractor company must be ISO 9001-2008 certified. Company must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. This market survey does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP) or a request for sealed bids (IFB), nor does its issuance restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay respondents for any information that they submit in response to this Sources Sought request. The United States Army CECOM LCMC is conducting this sources sought market survey to determine potential sources capable of fulfilling a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement.
