- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), in support of the Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I) Communication and Global Positioning System Navigation Program Office (PMW/A 170), intends to issue a solicit and negotiate with only one source, Comtech EF Data, under the authority of FAR 6.302(1)(a), for the production and delivery of approximately 158 fully qualified Advanced Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) Interface Processor (ATIP) systems. The solicitation will include requirements for ATIP engineering support services. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer at melissa.hawkins@navy.mil. Verbal questions will NOT be accepted. Questions will be answered by posting answers to the SPAWAR e-Commerce Central website; accordingly questions shall NOT contain proprietary or classified information.
