- This is a sources sought notice for the identification of potential vendors to provide Bread Products such as Wheat/Rye/White Bread, Rolls, and Buns, with 2-3 days per week delivery schedules to local VA facilities in VISN 1 (Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine). A firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) is ultimately anticipated with a delivery performance period from October 1, 2017, through September 30, 2018, plus four (4) additional annual renewable option periods. Base Year: October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2018 Option Year 1: 1 October 2018 through 30 Sept 2019 Option Year 2: 1 October 2019 through 30 Sept 2020 Option Year 3: 1 October 2020 through 30 Sept 2021 Option Year 4: 1 October 2021 through 30 Sept 2022 Below is a list of items the facilities would order on a weekly basis. A solicitation package may be available on or about February 21, 2017. All interested and capable respondents are requested to provide the following information: company name, address, point of contact, phone number, DUNS number (www.dnb.com), list of available products, the geographical location the respondent is able to service, and a list of the respondent's establishment's certifications from private, State and/or local agencies documenting their safety and sanitary conditions and procedures. All correspondence must cite the reference number as provided. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received in writing no later than 3:00 PM EST, Friday, February 17th, 2017. All contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov.
