Description: This requirement is for one clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double hull tanker with Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 260,000 bbls of clean petroleum products (intentions are JP8 and JP5) for multiple voyages in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: Delivery: Mediterranean Range Port In Chop (Intention St. Theodore, Greece) and redelivery Mediterranean Range Port In Chop (Intention Mersin, Turkey) 18. Laydays: Commence 24 January 2017 and cancel 25 January 2017. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. 19. Set-aside Status: N/A 20. The decision to release this solicitation on an "Unrestricted" basis is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas.
