- SP4703-17-R-01CPI - Draft RFP/PWS The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice and resulting pre-solicitation conference is to communicate with industry regarding the Government's upcoming requirement for Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) / Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Support Services for the Defense Logistics Agency's (DLA's) Headquarters (HQ). For additional information pertaining to the nature of the requirement, see attached draft Request for Proposal (RFP) with the associated draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) incorporated into the draft RFP. A pre-solicitation conference will be held on 30 January 2017 from 0930-1100 ET in Meeting Room 01 (Building 2) at the DLA Energy Lorton Training Facility, located at 10400 Furnace Road, Lorton, VA 22079. While there is no limit as to the number of vendors that may attend the pre-solicitation conference, each respective vendor shall be limited to four representatives, of which their names shall be provided via email to ellen.steinmetzs@dla.mil no later than 1700 ET on 23 January 2017. Following the pre-solicitation conference, any vendor interested in engaging in one-on-one conversation with the contracting and technical communities responsible for this requirement will have the option to do so. One-on-ones will be held in 15 minute increments from 1200-1530 ET, location to be provided during pre-solicitation conference. Any vendor wishing to arrange a timeslot for the one-on-one portion shall indicate their desire via email to ellen.steinmetz@dla.mil no later than 1700 ET on 23 January 2017. Upon receipt by the abovementioned POC, acknowledgement will be provided and a timeslot will be assigned.
