Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to issue solicitation a single award RFQP0515170004A for the provision Bio Mass Boiler Fuel (wood chips)to be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas. The contract will consist removal of waste by product by load and produced by the burned woodchips.. The contract type will be an indefinite delivery/requirement type contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 423990with a small business size of 100 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The solicitation will be available on or about January 17, 2017 and will be distributed solely through the website at www.fbo.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through the website. The anticipated deadline for receipt of quotations is February 20, 2017 12:00 P.M. Central.
