DISCLAIMER This sources sought notice is issued solely for the purpose of identifying potential sources for a future requirement and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this notice that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. This sources sought notice is part of a Government market research effort to determine the scope of industry capabilities and interest. The purpose of this notice to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources identified as Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and all other Small Business concerns relative to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 621111, Office of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists) with a Small Business Size Standard of $11 million. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought notice, a solicitation announcement may be published to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) at a later date. Responses to this sources sought notice are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested vendors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought notice. GENERAL SERVICES REQUIRED The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7 is seeking sources capable of providing on-site Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring Services for the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center located in Charleston, SC. The services required are on an on-demand, as needed basis, in accordance with the terms and conditions of any resulting contract. Services must be performed by a Certified Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) Technologist. Potential sources must be able to staff four (4) cases simultaneously and can provide emergency services within one (1) hour of notification as well as provide monitoring of multiple modalities. If you are interested and are capable of providing the required services; please provide the requested information as indicated below.
