- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (a) The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited. (b) Although proposal, offeror, contractor, and offeror may be used in this sources sought notice, any response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. (c) Any information received from a contractor in response to this Sources Sought may be used in creating a solicitation. Any information received which is marked with a statement, such as proprietary or confidential, intended to restrict distribution will not be distributed outside of the Government, except as required by law. (d) This Sources Sought is issued for the purpose of collecting information about the requirements listed in Price-Cost Schedule for Estimated Usage. (e) Contractors that are able to meet the Salient Characteristics/Statement of Work are encouraged to email full information to Joleo Dianala at joleo.dianala@va.gov. (f) Contractors offering on potential equal products are encouraged to email full information to Joleo Dianala at joleo.dianala@va.gov. Contractors shall identify the NAICS code for the product being offered as well as their size status. Contractors shall complete the attached Price-Cost Schedule for the purpose of market research. Variable height from 28 to 47 (min), elevation via electric motors with 3 or more height presets. ¾ or greater thick table top Monitor mounts for 3 monitors and monitor assembly must elevate independently from the main work surface via electric motor Radiologist tables shall accommodate 1-24 widescreen LCD monitor for PACS worklist, 1-6 megapixel Barco Coronis diagnostic display and 1 21 LCD for desktop PC display (monitors, PACS PCs and desktop PCs will be NTP provided). Monitor mounts to allow monitors to translate side to side, tilt and swivel. The worklist monitor and facility PC monitor will be on arms that allow them to move fore and aft independently of each other and the Barco display. This will permit optimal positioning of the 3 monitors so the bezels align and proper curvature can be obtained. Barco monitor will utilize 2 -DisplayPort cables and the LCDs will utilize DVI cables. Video and USB extension cables will be provided from the monitor mount or desktop to the computer hangers. Enclosed cable management/cable tray at back of desk with 6 outlet or better powerstrip. Cable tray to contain powerstrip with sufficient room for excess power, video and computer cables. Flexible cable management from cable tray to computer and outlets 2 -Under desk CPU holders High pressure laminate or equivalent desk surface in non-reflective charcoal/grey and at least 2 other color selections Rounded or tapered edges at all user contact points Gooseneck LED task light with dimmer control 6 port USB connection at tabletop surface USB extension cable length will be kept at a minimum to avoid latency/communication issues. All items will have inside delivery, assembly and set-up in final location (mounting of CPUs and monitors will be customer s responsibility).
