- Price Table - Attachment 004 Past Performance Questionnaire - Attachment 003 Offerors’ Questions - Attachment 002 DOL Wage Determination - Attachment 001 Cover Letter RFP This Justice Management Division solicitation, DJJQ17RFP1016, for library support services for its Main and Branch Libraries located within the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Services include providing maintenance of the Justice Management Division Library Staff collection and user areas, retrieval and dissemination of library materials, processing of materials for the Justice Library collection, maintenance of collection records and inventory, ensuring orders initiated and paid for with Library and Division funds are properly and completely received, contacting vendors and jobbers to fix address and order problems as they arise, distribution of materials for the Library System, responding to information inquiries, maintenance of supplies; provision of administrative, statistical, and special reports; and, bar coding and de-bar coding of materials. A single contract will be awarded. The contract will be for one base year (6 months) and include five one-year options to extend the term of the contract up to a total of 66 months. This requirement is set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 519120 with a size standard of $15.0M. Solicitation DJJQ17RFP1016 is distributed solely through the FedBizOpps web site at www.FedBizOpps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The FedBizOpps site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition will also be distributed solely through the FedBizOpps site.
