- Description
- The Naval Medical Logistics Command (NMLC) is seeking sources to provide pharmacy support services for Parata dispensing systems in support of Naval Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) worldwide. The contractor shall provide preventive and corrective maintenance services for pharmacy dispensing systems, including the following: Parata Pharmacy 2000 workstations, Parata MAX, and Parata Mini. The Contractor shall maintain the equipment within the original manufacturer's specifications, in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations, U.S. Navy and Defense Health Agency (DHA) regulations, instructions, and Joint Commission requirements. The contract includes regularly scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and corrective maintenance tasks, and unlimited emergency repair actions. The aggregate number of equipment covered under the contract shall fluctuate throughout the term of the contract. This fluctuation may result from the removal of aged, non-repairable, past service life, or past useful life equipment from the service contract, and the addition of new, warranty free equipment or equipment currently on inventory. The aggregate requirement and level of effort will remain relatively constant over the life of the contract. The scope of this contract covers all Naval Medical Treatment Facilities, both CONUS and OCONUS; Naval MTFs may be added or removed from this contract when their relevant equipment is purchased or removed, respectively. The estimated period of performance is 02 April 2017 through 01 April 2022. This sources sought notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document exists for the requirement. Sources interested in responding to this notice are required to submit a capability statement that includes management and technical data, and cost information, in sufficient detail and with convincing evidence that clearly demonstrates the capability to perform the required work.
