- RFP for Personal Services Contract for a Senior Technical Advisor SOLICITATION NUMBER: SOL-OAA-17-000042 ISSUANCE DATE: January 18, 2017 CLOSING DATE/TIME: February 08, 2017 12:00 PM Eastern Time SUBJECT:Solicitation for U.S. Personal Services Contract (PSC) for a Senior Technical Advisor in the Office of Program, Policy and Management, USAID/Washington Position Title:Senior Technical Advisor - Program, Policy and Management Complex Crises Fund (PPM/CCF) Salary Level: $94,796 - $123,234 per annum, GS-13 Equivalent $112,021 - $145,629 per annum, GS-14 Equivalent The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from qualified persons to provide Personal Services Contract (PSC) services as described in this solicitation. Application must be prepared and submitted in accordance with Attachment 1, Sections I through V of this solicitation. Incomplete or unsigned applications will not be considered.
