The SBA reminded the Agency of the Partnership Agreement between the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Small Business Administration, singed in 2012.    Therefore, Combined Synopsis/solicitation for RFQ No. VA248-17-Q-0146 is hereby cancelled in its entirety.
