- ADDTIONAL PRE-SOLICITATION INFORMATION The project consists of the design and construction of support facilities and site improvement for the Afghan National Army - Ministry of Defense, in Kabul District, Afghanistan. The project is an expansion of the existing Ministry of Defense Headquarters infrastructure and includes security improvements to support the operations of the Afghan National Army. The project includes, but is not limited to, the engineering design, materials, labor, and equipment to design and construct the following buildings, utilities, and infrastructure: •a. Perimeter wall and access gates for MoD HQ Personnel Entry Control Pont Facility Paving of roads and parking lots OPTIONAL ITEMS Facility Engineering Administrative Building Security Guard Waiting Building Covered parking structure Storm water study and drainage improvements Existing building sewer connection to wastewater treatment plant Dinning Facility
