Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number VA701-17-Q-0056 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-93 effective 01/01/2017. (FAC-92) (Look up at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/regst1.htm#FAC). This RFQ is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) under the Veterans Administration s Veterans First Contracting Program. All SDVOSBs participating in the Veterans First Contracting Program must be listed as verified in the VIP database at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program as implemented in VAAR subpart 819.70. SDVOSBs not listed in the VIP database will not be eligible for award. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) requires a contractor to provide delivery of 9 Analytical Laboratory/Pharmacy Balances matching the salient characteristics outlined in section herein, to the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System, Research Facility located at 1700 N. Wheeling Street, Aurora, CO 80045. The delivery date is NLT 30, March 2017. Please see FAR 52.212-1 Addendum, Quote Preparation Instructions for instructions on responding.
