Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide clarification about the supervision requirements in the Statement of Work.   An interested vendor has asked if they should have a separate line item on their quote to capture the hours of the supervisor.   The price schedule that was included in the initial solicitation was structured for a flat monthly rate.   The monthly rate would include all costs that the vendor has incurred in the performance of this contract, which would include the supervisor element.   This amendment is being issued to further emphasize that the Statement of Work requires supervision and vendors are advised to ensure that their monthly rate includes those costs. The quote due date remains unchanged.
