Limited Source Justification NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Spoke, Inc. Spoke, Inc. is the sole source contractor who can provide the Software Upgrade/Hardware Maintenance Contract for the E-911 System. The proposed contract action for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302, is for Software Upgrade/Hardware Maintenance Contract for E-911 System: This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. Respondents must provide their technical capability, pricing data and other information which shows a bona fide ability to meet this requirement no later than January 25, 2017 at 12:00 noon (EST) via email to Mr. Narciso Cruz at narciso.cruz@nara.gov. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. No contract award will be made on the basis of information received in response to this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 511210. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTE OR WILL A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) BE ISSUED.
