Telephone: (229) 639-6418, Fax: (229) 639-8232 Email responses preferred: george.tipton@usmc.mil This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with or attached to this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. This requirement is not restricted to Small Business. The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Albany, Georgia intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334519- Other Measuring and Controlling Device, Manufacturing; Size Standard 500 employees. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple or no award resulting from this solicitation. Notes: 1. Delivery: Desired System ordered under the resulting contract shall be delivered and installed at Marine Corps Logistics Command Albany, GA 31704. F.O.B. Destination pricing is preferred. CLIN 0001: (1) Ballistics Accuracy Test System for M4A1, M16A4, M2, M2A1, M240, and M249 Small Arms. System shall include hardware and software in accordance with the Statement of Requirement attached. CLIN 0002: All Transportation, Travel Expenses and materials required to Install, Test and Train government operators. Note: The small arms / machine gun ballistics and chronograph systems shall be capable of indoor/outdoor range operations Offers will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 considering the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer. Offers with alternative solutions that deviate from the Statement of Requirement shall clearly mark and describe the alternative to facilitate technical evaluations.
