- **AMENDED TO INCREASE QUANTITY FROM 1,596 EACH TO 2,318 EACH.** Solicitation for NSN: 5315-01-459-1197/ 0065147020, Key, Machine, Goodrich Corp., (CAGE 97153), Part # 170-254. The only approved source for this item is Goodrich. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) package. A solicitation will be issued for a firm fixed-price quantity of 2,318 each. This solicitation will be solicited as an unrestricted acquisition and result in a firm fixed-price contract without options. The required delivery schedule is 175 days ARO, FOB origin, inspection/ acceptance origin. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Configuration control applies. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. The solicitation issue date is on or around October 21, 2016 and the anticipated closing date is on or around November 20, 2016.
