- Amendment No. 1 The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement to Repair Lake Mountain Lookout Tower on Lakeside Ranger District. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Quotations format using Best Value-Tradeoffs. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 238190 applies to this procurement for which the Small Business size standard is $15.0 Million or less. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. The solicitation package and specifications will be available on this website on or before December 20, 2016. No site visit has planned. The solicitation contains photos of structure needing repairs.
